Rev. Dr. Wadinagala Pannaloka is the Secretary General of the Sri Lanka Council of Religions for Peace, the Sri Lankan Chapter of Religion for Peace International at present (from 2024 up to date). Pannaloka entering the monastic organization of Buddhism in Sri Lanka at an early age, and received monastic training from both Theravada and Mahayana Buddhist traditions in Sri Lanka and Taiwan. He speaks English, Chinese, Pali, Sanskrit, and Sinhala. He received a BA degree and a Master of Philosophy Degree from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. In 2008, he earned his second Master’s degree in Chinese and Mahayana Buddhism from Yuan Kuang Buddhist Research Institute in Taiwan. In 2015, he graduated with a doctoral degree in philosophy from the National Central University, Taiwan.
