Our Process
Bdigital partnered with Chick-fil-A Kapolei Parkway to raise awareness about the new restaurant location opening. Many community members and visitors to the island were not familiar with the new location and Chick-fil-A brand.
The students of bdigital provided extensive support to Chick-fil-A Kapolei Parkway. They conducted research, created a 16-week content calendar with multiple posts per week, rolled out content across their social media platforms, constructed location introduction and employee training videos, produced print materials, captured photos/ videos, and planned hiring and retention events and practices.
The bdigital students accomplished key milestones: Instagram grew to 1,000+ followers, created 5 training videos for employees highlighting the restaurant and various mobile applications, created valuable social media content for brand awareness, made multiple posts to introduce the new mobile app and catering, created 3 employee retention plans, conducted in-depth research, and planned 8 hiring events.
