Phak is a business management major concentrating in marketing, with minors in introductory mathematics, communication, and hospitality tourism management, graduating in Winter 2026. As a social media marketing specialist at the Service Center BYUH, Phak achieved over 40,000 views and an 8,100 account reach on Instagram in one month, with content amassing over 100,000 views. With two years as a food service worker at Ali'i Luau, Phak embraced the REWATCH ethos, earning Employee of the Month twice and developing skills in customer service, problem-solving, and public speaking.
