    Economics is the study of how human beings create value for one another. Much of the world was poor until around 1820, and then certain places began to escape poverty. The economics concentration provides a fundamental understanding how and why this happened. Our program provides a foundation in the principles of economics and then focuses on development and international economics.

    The mission of the finance concentration is to educate students in the concepts and tools necessary to understand the role of finance within organizations and society. The concentration includes real-world curriculum, a wide range of elective courses, and impressive networking opportunities.
